Most email sucks. Subject lines are boring or without direction… text is too long and has too many asks and no clear directions… misspellings and mistakes make it unaforwardable.

You know this is true. One glance at your inbox confirms it!

This workshop enables participants to:

•  Write a subject line that doesn’t get automatically deleted
•  Know when to be clever and when to get right to the point
•  How to e-introduce yourself to a stranger
•  Use the “one or two thing” rule
•  Understand the Power of a P.S.

How it works

This three hour workshop can be divided into two 1.5 hour sessions. We offer step-by-step instructions on writing clear email that demands to be read and is directional about response and actions needed. Participants write and circulate emails and are given expert feedback on how to refine their work.
